For World Book Day we dressed up as our favourite character from a book. We had lots of fun sharing the books we brought in and talking about our costumes.
We've had some more children join Singing Club this term and we've already been having lots of fun learning new songs and thinking of dance routines!
This morning we had a go at den building with a ranger from Vicar Water. Just like the three little pigs we used sticks and branches to help build our dens around the playground. Even though the weather wasn't brilliant, we still had lots of fun and got very muddy!
Last Thursday Mike from Mansfield radio came to record some of the fabulous Christmas songs we've been practising in Singing Club. We also took part in the radio's feature called Small Talk where we had to describe different animals. You will be able to our singing on Monday 11th December at 7.40am and 9.15 am. Small Talk will be on the week commencing 15th January.
Today we dressed up in our pyjamas and spots to raise money for children in need day!
As we are learning about geography and different places in the world this term, we went to the woods to learn more about our local area.

This morning we did some football training with Mansfield Town F.C ready for the penalty shoot out next Monday. We did some football skills like dribbling and then we played some team games. Take a look at the photos of us practising our football skills!
Today we went to the allotment! We had lots of fun and did different jobs. We had to use the wheelbarrows for weeding and we picked lots of different vegetables. Take a look at all the amazing things we did!
